Do I need sales experience to start?

If you bring ambition, energy, and a willingness to learn, we’ll give you the skills and confidence to succeed.
Is it really self-employed?
Yes - everyone who works with us does so on a self-employed basis. That means you have the freedom to be your own boss, set your own schedule, and grow at your own pace. Your earnings and progress are in your control.
What does commission mean?
Commission means your income is based directly on your results. Instead of being capped by a fixed wage, you have the chance to earn as much as you put in. For motivated people, this is a huge advantage, effort is rewarded straight away. To support you, we provide structured training, proven systems, and regular mentoring, so you’re never left to figure it out alone. On certain campaigns, some clients also provide a daily fee alongside commission, adding extra earning potential.
Will I be supported if I’m new?
Definitely. Our senior leaders have over 20 years of combined experience in direct sales and pride themselves on developing people from all walks of life. From the very beginning, you’ll receive structured training, shadowing opportunities, and consistent coaching.
We set high standards and don’t just leave people to drift. If someone is finding things tough, we’ll work with them to improve and if sales isn’t right for them, we’ll be upfront about it. Our aim is always to see people improve, not let them fail quietly.
Can I really earn well with commission?
Yes. Our commission structure is designed to compete with, and often exceed, traditional fixed pay roles. Many of the people who excel in the field regularly achieve earnings well above average entry level roles.
